The times are advancing and science and technology are developing, in order to further improve the actual operation level of the manipulators of Taigene technicians, and to build basic skills for the subsequent improvement of equipment. Recently, Taigene invited Teacher Zhang from Shidianling Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct manipulator training for 21 colleagues in the technical department.

       This manipulator training lasts for 2 days. The training content mainly includes the basic operation of the multi-function teach pendant, the basic knowledge of the program & the start of WINCAP3, the 3D view of the arm, the tool definition of the 4&6 axis robot, the process control command, and the utilization of built-in objects.

       In order to continuously improve the technical staff's understanding of the working principle of the equipment, the training adopts a combination of theory and practice, so that everyone can constantly master the correct operation and maintenance methods, and can find problems in time and effectively deal with them in actual work.

       Through this training, technicians have deepened their understanding of manipulators, and are familiar with manipulator programming and emergency handling of manipulators in unexpected and abnormal situations, so as to achieve the purpose of multi-functional work. Effectively improve the business ability and comprehensive quality of the operators of Taigene machinery, so as to effectively deal with abnormalities in the production process in a timely manner, reduce waiting and wasted time, and increase production.
