In order to effectively implement the safety production policy of “safety first, prevention first”, we will effectively enhance front-line employees’ work-related injury prevention, safety awareness and safety protection skills, further reduce the occurrence of work-related accidents, reduce the hazards of occupational diseases, and ensure the safety of employees. On September 24, 2021,Taigene launched a special training activity on "Prevention of Work Injury" for managers above the manufacturing team leader.

       The training of "Prevention of Work Injuries" was lectured by Ms. Huang, the Environmental Safety and Health Administrator of the Management Department. Through in-depth explanations of regulations, case presentations, etc., a large number of interactions with the trainees were carried out, and the knowledge of production safety was introduced to everyone systematically, and the importance of preventing work injuries and doing occupational protection during the production process was emphasized. At the same time, we will give warnings based on our company's past work injury cases, so as to enhance the safety awareness of front-line managers.

       This training further popularized the knowledge of work-related injury prevention and greatly improved the awareness of work-related injury prevention among front-line managers. It has laid a good foundation for the company to do a good job in the prevention of work-related injuries.
