Experimental design plays a very important role in the entire process of quality management. It is an important means for us to improve product quality and process flow. In order to help the company's technicians learn and master the DOE experimental design concept, improve experimental design skills, and promote the continuous improvement of the company's quality. From September 15th to 17th, 2021, Taigene organized a three-day "DOE-Experimental Design" training, and invited SGS Six Sigma Black Belt Master May Zhang to teach the students, and more than 30 people in quality, product, equipment and other departments Training.
During the training, Teacher zhang explained to the trainees the basic knowledge system and purpose of experimental design through flexible teaching methods such as case explanation, on-site interaction, and simulation experiment, so that the trainees had a full understanding of the selection and application of DOE. And in terms of experimental design analysis methods, Teacher Zhang explained in detail the common experimental design methods such as factorial design and Taguchi method and the timing of their use.
In the Q&A session, students from each group asked questions one after another, and Teacher Zhang answered them patiently one by one. The trainees said that they have benefited a lot from participating in the company's 3-day DOE training. They will be able to systematically and comprehensively understand the important role of DOE in the product development stage in the analysis of data results and lay the foundation.
It is hoped that through this DOE training, trainees can improve the quantitative analysis of product quality and process parameters, find key factors and the best settings, obtain the best output results, improve product design efficiency, shorten the cycle, and save resources and costs. Optimize product quality to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
