On July 17, the Minhou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau "matched" to organize vocational colleges in the county to carry out in-depth school-enterprise docking activities.

       This school-enterprise activity is divided into two links, the first is visits to key enterprises. Under the leadership of Yang Fen, Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Minhou County, Du Jiang, Deputy Director of Employment Center, and Lin Ruiyun, Chief of Vocational Construction Section, leaders from the Employment Office of Fujian Technician College, Fuzhou First Technician College, Fujian Vocational and Technical College, etc. visited the whole industry to learn about the basic information of the company, the manufacturing environment, the production technology of the products, and the employment of the posts.

       After the visit, the three parties jointly held a school-enterprise meeting. As long as enterprises have demand and schools have advantages, the government will come to set up the stage. In the future, the human society will recruit, match positions, and find jobs on campus. After exchanges and discussions, the three parties of enterprises, schools, and human resources and social departments reached a consensus on seeking accurate school-enterprise docking in the future and achieving in-depth cooperation and win-win results.
